Cancellation and Refund Policy

Monash University reserves the right to cancel, postpone or re-schedule the executive short course due to low registrations or unforeseen circumstances. In the event that Monash University cancels the course, all course fees will be refunded in full. Monash University is not responsible for any other costs, claims, liabilities or compensation in the event of course cancellation. Participants are encouraged to take out their own travel insurance.

Notice must be given in writing to prato.execsc@monash.edu if participants wish to cancel their registration. The following refunds will apply if participants cancel their registration before the course has commenced:

Date that cancellation notice is received from participant % of refund offered
On or after 1 June 2017 0%
Between 1 May and 31 May 2017 50%
On or before 30 April 2017 100%

 

If participants fail to attend a course, fees will not be refunded. Substitutes may attend a course in place of another person. Notice must be given in writing to prato.execsc@monash.edu

For group registrations, pricing will be subject to revision if the number of participants who commence the program is different from the original registration.
