How to book an event at the Prato Centre

The Monash University Prato Centre staff will assist you with all your event requirements from catering, equipment and audio visual equipment. The following guide has been designed to assist you understand the booking process.

Step 1 : Fill up the initial Booking Enquiry Form

Fill up the initial web form to let give us some information about the event, like the supposed dates or the estimate number of participants or directly contact our office for an advice on spaces and dates.

Submit your Booking Enquiry Form

Step 2 : Make a tentative booking

A tentative booking will be held until you confirm dates, costs and other details.

Step 3 : Obtain an estimate of charges

A Quotation and an Agreement will be forwarded to you outlining an estimate of the total venue charges, including but not limited to room hire, audio visual requirements and administration fees.
Please Note: your final invoice may vary from the estimate if additional requirements are added throughout the booking process and on the day of your event.

Step 4 : Confirm your booking

To Confirm your booking you need to advise this office in writing and required to return signed Terms and Conditions and the Quotation.
You will receive a booking confirmation in writing – please check the details are correct

Step 5 : Confirm your equipment and catering requirements

Confirm if you required any other additional requirements like audio visual equipment or support, catering service or additional external equipment or services by filling up our Conference Planner Form or Course Planner Form.
